Every word matters. She wants to understand where you are before you speak, so the Care Concierge call can actually be useful from the first minute.

A warm email back

If you feel like a fit, Katharine will invite you to book a 30-minute Care Concierge call directly in her calendar. If it doesn't feel right for either of you, she'll tell you honestly and point you toward something that might.

The Care Concierge call

Not a sales call. A space to check that everything Katharine offers actually fits your situation — and where you can ask anything you need to feel confident.

If you both feel it's right

You'll receive the next cohort dates and a secure payment link. Your spot is held. Then the real work begins.
