Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 May 2026

These terms apply to anyone who applies for or enrols in The IVF Coach programme. By submitting an application or making a payment, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

1. About us

The IVF Coach is delivered by Katharine Gailard, Natural Fertility Specialist, operating from Marlow, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@theivfcoach.com.

2. The programme

The IVF Coach is a six-week, group-led wellness coaching programme that supports women in preparing their body and mind for IVF or natural conception. It is delivered live online (via Zoom) with ongoing support between sessions. Cohorts are intentionally small — typically between 5 and 10 women.

3. What this service is — and is not

The IVF Coach is a supportive wellness coaching service. It is not medical treatment, medical advice, or fertility diagnosis. Nothing said within the programme is a substitute for the care, advice, monitoring, or treatment of your own GP, fertility specialist, or IVF clinic. You remain responsible for all medical decisions about your fertility care.

4. Application and acceptance

Anyone can submit an application. Katharine personally reviews each application and may offer a Care Concierge call to discuss fit. The IVF Coach reserves the right to decline an application where the programme does not seem the right fit, or where information provided indicates that a different form of support would serve you better.

5. Payment

Programme fees are payable in full before the cohort starts. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Payment is processed through a regulated payment provider (such as Stripe). All prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Your responsibilities as a participant

8. Group conduct

The IVF Coach reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour materially disrupts the group, breaches the confidentiality of other participants, or makes the group unsafe. In such cases no refund will be issued.

9. Intellectual property

All materials provided during the programme — workbooks, recordings, written notes, frameworks — remain the intellectual property of Katharine Gailard and may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or used to teach others without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The IVF Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your participation in the programme, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Outcomes related to fertility, conception, IVF, and pregnancy depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your participation is the one in effect on the date you submit your application.
